NewsFinder

NewsFinder is a shareware program for finding open-access news ( Usenet ) servers.

Many ISP's news servers are pretty feeble and do not carry the newsgroups you want to read, or, if they do, they have unsatisfactory retention or a limited feed. Commercial news servers might be beyond your means. NewsFinder helps you to find other news servers that are open and carry your favourite newsgroups. PC and Mac versions are available.
