If you really want good news feeds and are prepared to pay I STRONGLY recommend the following:
1. Altopia - www.altopia.com
2. Newsguy - www.newsguy.com or extra.newsguy.com
3. Supernews - www.supernews.com
I myself subscribe to Altopia and Supernews, and used to subscribe to Newsguy as well. All three offer excellent feeds for very reasonable rates.
